YOU SHOULD SELECT A TIME TO SLEEP.
You should sleep at (9pm,10pm,11pm) You should at least sleep 7hour.
- Sleeping to the right is the best posture and it improves cardiac activity, it reduces dyspnea, and it reduces heart rate.
- Set rooom temperature to 15-19celsius because our body temperature goes down when we sleep, temperatures above body temperature will interfere our sleep.
- You should have good sleeping area. You should always change your mattress every 2 years. You should use a pillow that supports your neck, so that your head will not bend forward.
- Make your sleeping area as dark as possible to inhibit the production of melatonin. Our system detects light through our eyelids.
- Use ear plug when you sleep. Its good to use it because the unexpected little noise lowers the quality of our sleep.
